We currently offer UK delivery at a flat rate.

Processing & Dispatch Times

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 5 working days of being placed.
  • During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we will keep you updated.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. If tracking is available, we will include a link so you can monitor your delivery.

Missed Delivery & Address Errors

  • If you miss your delivery, the courier will leave a card with re-delivery options.
  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing checkout. Spark Care is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

Returns, Refunds & Right to Cancel

We hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free returns process.

Your Right to Cancel

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. If you change your mind within this period, you can return the item for a full refund, including standard delivery costs.

To cancel your order:

  1. Email us at hello@spark-care.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Return the item within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.
  3. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

How to Return an Item

You can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

  1. Contact Us – Email hello@spark-care.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Pack Your Item Securely – Ensure the item is in its original condition with all packaging and accessories included.
  3. Send It Back – We will provide you with a returns address and instructions.
  4. Receive Your Refund – Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Returns Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all packaging.
  • We cannot accept returns of personalised items, hygiene products, or opened medical devices unless faulty.
  • If returning an item due to a fault or damage, please include photos in your email request.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days of receiving your return.
  • If you’d like an exchange, please specify your replacement item, and we’ll process this upon receiving your return.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email hello@spark-care.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
